So what's actually on a Jordan pallet? General release models, mostly. Retros, mid-tops, some kids' sizes, occasional apparel mixed in. Nearly all of it customer returns from big retailers.
Where it comes from matters here. Someone ordered two sizes online, kept one, sent the other back. Store can't sell it as new, so it moves on by the pallet.
Why people buy these
Jordans hold value better than most trainers, even general releases. The name carries weight, and there's always someone looking.
Margins can be good. A pair retailing at a hundred and fifty might cost you fifteen or twenty on a pallet. Even well under retail, that works.
Market traders do well with them. So do trainer shops, plus loads of people selling on Vinted, eBay, and Marketplace.
The bit you really need to hear
Fakes are the biggest problem in this category, full stop. Counterfeit Jordans are a proper industry and some are hard to spot by eye.
Check the stitching, the box label against the shoe, the shape of the wings logo. Where the stock came from matters more than any of it though.
Be realistic about what's in a pallet too. Limited releases and hyped colourways don't reach wholesale, because they sell out at retail. Anyone promising those is telling you something that isn't true.
Sizes skew odd on returns. You'll get more extremes than middles, so ask about the spread first.
Check for genuine wear as well. Some come back having been worn properly, not just tried on. Those are seconds and you price them that way.
Boxes matter to trainer buyers, so crushed ones cost you money.
Where you buy it
You've read the threads. Someone drops good money on a "Jordan pallet" and it's fakes and worn seconds.
