DeWalt Tool Pallet — Untested Customer Returns
So what's on this one? DeWalt power tools and accessories. Drills, impact drivers, circular saws, grinders, sanders, plus 20V MAX and FlexVolt batteries and chargers.
Everything is customer returns and nothing has been tested. We'd rather say that plainly than let you find out after it arrives.
What untested actually means
Nobody has checked whether these work. Not us, not the retailer.
Some will be perfect. People buy a tool for one job, finish it, and take it back inside the window.
Some will be dead, which is usually why they came back in the first place.
You're buying the whole spread, and the price is set accordingly.
Why DeWalt specifically
Brand recognition is strong with trades, and trades replace tools constantly.
The battery platform is the real value here. 20V MAX packs sell on their own for good money, and FlexVolt batteries more still.
That changes the maths on a dead tool. A drill that won't run can still come with a battery worth more than you paid for the unit.
Repair shops do well too, since DeWalt parts are widely available.
What to check on arrival
Test everything under load, not just a quick trigger pull.
Check battery health properly. Packs degrade sitting in storage, so one might charge then fail in minutes.
Look for swelling on any pack. A bulging battery is a fire risk and shouldn't be sold or stored.
Confirm batteries and chargers are present, since both go missing and both hit value hard.
Watch for counterfeits, especially the batteries, which are widely faked.
Check plugs if you're in the UK, since some stock arrives with European fittings.
Where you buy it
You've seen the threads. Someone buys "untested" from a seller who quietly knew most of it was dead.
Buying through an actual distributor takes most of that out. You get honest condition framing, what's in the load, and where it came from. Freight sorted properly. Someone real on the phone.
That's it from us. We say what we've got, send it, and you decide if the numbers work.
