What to check on arrival

Check battery health properly. Packs degrade sitting in storage, so one might charge and then fail in minutes.

Look for swelling on any battery. A bulging pack is a fire risk and shouldn't be sold or stored.

Confirm chargers and batteries are present, since both go missing and both hit value hard.

Watch for counterfeits. Fake Milwaukee is out there, and the batteries especially.

Check plugs if you're in the UK, since some stock arrives with European fittings.
