The Original Mystery Box
So what's the deal with a mystery box? You know the category and roughly the value, you just don't know exactly which items turn up.
Ours contains general merchandise from retailer overstock and returns. Think homeware, small electricals, accessories, and gadgets, though the mix shifts each time.
What we actually tell you upfront
Every box holds [X] items minimum. Retail value across the box works out around [£X to £X].
Condition is a mix. Some sealed, some opened returns, occasionally something with light damage. We don't pretend otherwise.
You won't get a phone or a laptop in here, and anyone promising that at this price isn't being straight with you.
Who buys them
Mostly resellers testing the water. It's a cheap way to see how liquidation stock actually arrives before committing to a full pallet.
Content creators buy them for unboxing videos too, which is fair enough.
And plenty of people just like the surprise, honestly. Nothing wrong with that.
Being realistic about it
You're not going to make a fortune from one box. That's not what it's for.
Think of it as a sample rather than a business. If the stock suits you, a pallet is where the actual margins are.
Some items will be things you can't sell. That's normal, and it's why the price is what it is.
Where it comes from
Same stock, same warehouse, same sourcing as our pallets. Nothing gets set aside as filler.
If it turns up wrong or damaged in transit, ring us and we'll sort it.
That's the whole thing really. We tell you what's roughly in it, send it over, and you decide if it's worth a punt.
