Test everything before listing. Full charge, then run it under load, not just a quick trigger pull.
Check battery health specifically. Packs degrade in storage, so one might charge and then die in minutes.
Look for missing batteries and chargers, which is common and hits value hard.
Watch for counterfeits with the bigger brands.
And check plugs if you're in the UK, since some stock arrives with European fittings.
Where you buy it
