Brand recognition does most of the work. People know the name, so items move without much explaining.

The hygiene bit, which matters here

Be clear with your own buyers about condition too. This is the category where people ask, and rightly so.
Sizes decide your profit
Bra sizing is the whole game. Returns skew hard to the extremes, so you can end up with loads of sizes nobody's asking for.
Ask about the size ratio before you commit, in writing.
Bras are trickier than briefs too, since band and cup combinations multiply the problem.
Other things to check
Look for damp and mildew, which ruins fabric permanently.
Check underwiring on bras, since bent wires are common on returns.
Watch for counterfeits, which do turn up with this brand.
