Amazon Pallets — 366 Pieces

So what's on this pallet? 366 items, mixed general merchandise. Homeware, kitchen goods, small electricals, beauty, tools, toys, accessories.

It's ecommerce returns and overstock. Someone ordered online, changed their mind, sent it back within the window.

Why the piece count matters

You can actually do the maths. Most pallet listings won't tell you how many items are in them, which makes pricing guesswork.

Take the pallet price, divide by 366, and you've got your cost per unit. That's the number that decides whether it works for you.

Add freight before you calculate, since that's where cheap pallets stop being cheap.

What to expect from the mix

Ecommerce returns skew smaller than shop returns. People post small things, so you get more accessories and fewer large items.

Condition varies. Plenty is unopened, since a lot of returns are "wrong item" or "changed mind" rather than faulty.

Some is genuinely broken though. That's normal and it's priced in.

The realistic bit

Sorting 366 items takes most of a day. Budget the hours honestly, because that labour is real.

Expect a portion you can't sell. Every mixed load has them.

Space matters too. Even a single pallet of mixed goods fills a garage corner once it's unpacked.

What to check

Ask whether there's a manifest, and how detailed it is.

Test all electricals before listing anything.

Check for missing parts on boxed items, which is common with returns.

Confirm freight cost upfront, not at checkout.

Where you buy it

You've seen the threads. Someone pays for a pallet and it's damaged goods and empty boxes.

Buying through an actual distributor takes most of that out. You get the piece count, the condition, and where it came from. Freight sorted properly. Someone real on the phone.

That's it from us. We say what we've got, send it over, and you decide if the numbers work.
