Space is the other thing. Mixed pallets are bulky and awkward, and you can't stack them neatly like boxed stock. Make sure you've got somewhere before it arrives.
Test any electricals that turn up. And check for safety marks on anything for kids, since that stuff sneaks into general loads regularly.
