The hygiene bit, which really matters
Underwear has different rules from other clothing. Anything opened, worn, or missing its seal shouldn't be resold, no exceptions.
Check that packaging is intact on everything. Multipacks are usually fine, singles are where problems show up.
Be clear with your own buyers about condition too. People do ask about this category, and rightly so.
Sizes decide your profit
Mixed loads mean mixed sizes, and returns skew to extremes.
Womens sizing is the harder half, since bras multiply band and cup combinations. Ask about the ratio before committing.

Look for damp and mildew, which ruins fabric permanently and doesn't come out.
Check elastic condition, since it perishes in long storage.
