Health and Personal Care Pallets

So what's on a health and personal care pallet? Vitamins, supplements, first aid kits, plasters, thermometers, hot water bottles, supports and braces, plus toiletries and hygiene stuff.

Most is retailer overstock and short-dated stock. Ranges get discontinued, packaging changes, or a January health promo leaves stock behind.

Why this category works

Demand is steady all year, then jumps in January when everyone decides to sort themselves out. Vitamins especially spike hard.

Margins hold up nicely. A supplement tub retailing at fifteen might cost you a pound at pallet scale. Even at six, that stacks.

Corner shops shift these well. So do market traders, health shops, gyms, and discount stores. Plenty of people sell online too, since most of it posts easily.

Small and light helps as well. A pallet holds a lot without eating your storage.

Dates are the main thing

Supplements and vitamins carry expiry dates, and pallets usually move because those dates are approaching.

Check them before buying, always. Short-dated is fine if you price for it, but finding out after delivery is where people lose money.

Be realistic about turnover. A pallet with two months left needs a proper plan.

Other bits to watch

Seals matter. Anything opened or with a broken tamper seal shouldn't be resold, no exceptions.

Devices like thermometers and blood pressure monitors need CE or UKCA marking. That's your responsibility once you're the seller.

Check for recalls too, which happen with health products fairly regularly.

Storage conditions matter more here than most categories. Supplements degrade in heat and damp, and you can't tell by looking.

And know where the line sits. Anything that's an actual licensed medicine needs proper authorisation to sell. Vitamins and first aid supplies don't, but the distinction matters and it's worth checking.

Where you buy it

You've seen the threads. Someone pays for a health pallet and it's six weeks off expiry with broken seals throughout.

Buying through an actual distributor takes most of that out. You get the dates upfront, what's in the load, and where it came from. Freight handled properly. Someone real on the phone.

That's it from us. We say what we've got, send it over, and you decide if it stacks up.

Each pallet contains approximately 800–1,200 brand-new, sealed OTC medicine units, featuring a broad spectrum of high-demand healthcare products for everyday ailments and wellness needs.
