If a load of Stanleys is priced far under what makes sense, that's your answer. Ask where the stock came from and expect a straight reply.

Then there's damage. Dents ruin resale value on these, since people buy them partly for looks. Check for knocks, scratched powder coat, and warped lids.

Missing lids and straws are common on returns too. A tumbler without its lid loses most of its value straight away.

And watch the colours you're buying. Some shades are still in every shop at full price, so there's no margin in them at all.
